Well 55 is located at Shamaliwa Primary School, Igoma District, Nyamagana ward, Mwanza City. The school has a total of 1134 students – 536 boys and 598 girls. The school had a serious water problem. The original well to be rehabilitated and a new pump was needed.
With the kind sponsorship of the families of the late Amir Moloo and Mrs. Narcis Moloo, the well was rehabilitated and a new pump was installed. Well 55 was handed over to the school on April 8th 2008.
