TDCF donates bicycle no 16 to Mr Am

TDCF donates bicycle no 16 to Mr Am (16) who is studying in form III secondary school.

It takes him daily to walk 1 hour to school in the morning and 1 hour to come back from school back home.
This bycicle has been awarded/ donated to him in the loving memories of late Mrs Batulbai Amirali Moledina so that it helps Ashraf to go and come back from school less tired and less exhausted and study more during his free time.

After school hours the bicycle can help the family in other domestic issues like fetching of firwood ,water etc etc.

The family were sincerely thankful and prayed for the donors well being and prosperity

TDCF have started the third phase village grass huts solar lighting project.

TDCF have started the third phase village grass huts solar lighting project.
During the third phase total, 40 families living in huts in the villages surrounding Mwanza will benefit from this.

In the first two phases total of 61 families benefitted and now fourty more.

Today we managed five families in Magu district and tomorrow five more families living in Igombe area will benefit.
The students have benefitted the most as they can study at their own convenience.
We thank all the donors of these solar light sets that have changed the lives of all who have benefitted

May Allah repay all the donors abundantly.

The Regional Commissioner of the new Simiyu region paid an unannounced courtesy visit to The Desk and Chair Foundation Offices in Mwanza

Hon Antony John Mtaka, the Regional Commissioner of the new Simiyu region paid an unannounced courtesy visit to The Desk and Chair Foundation Offices in Mwanza.

He specifically came to thank the organization for their recent projects in the region mainly the digging of shallow wells, village hut solar lighting systems, and solar system installed in the Nassa health center in Nyashimo village.

Next week, TDCF is embarking on major water supply projects to two hospitals in the region.

He also congratulated the organization for its economic upliftment project of providing ten goats to the family as goats.

He was accompanied by Hon Mickness Mahela the councilor for Nyashimo Ward in Busega District.

A BRILLIANT BIRTHDAY GIFT

Brothers and sisters have presented an excellent birthday gift to their brother by gifting him a complete solar light system. This was installed at Nassa Health Center in the labour Ward. The gift also included twenty mosquito nets and two water reserve tanks of 5000 liters each.

This birthday gift was handed over to Honorable Ms Mickness Mahela, councilor for Busega Ward where the Nassa Health Center is situated.

The Hon. coucillor thanked the donors for an excellent birthday gift that was desperately needed in the new labour ward. The councilor also said what a great lesson to learn from these children.

She also congratulated the parents of the children for excellent up bringing and instilling the benefit of giving to help the needy.

All parents should try to follow for thinking of less fortunate people during happy family moments like birthdays,weddings and etc etc.
