Kulwa Makasi was involved in Mwanza riots gun firing and was accidentally shot in the back bone that caused permanent paralises
TDCF since then is helping him and families in different aspects
Initially we had provided him a wheel chair, and after that two tricycles
He is now able to move around and do petty business and eaen leaving for the family
Today’s tricycle has been donated by bikedepot.com of Toronto Canada
