On 25/1/22 Well no 611 was handed to villagers of Kwedigole village in kilindini district in Tanga region
Total 80 families will benefit from this well ie about 300 people on daily basis
The villagers were thankfull to the donors for timely rescue

Donated food for 30 days
TDCF has donated food for 30 days to 3 orphanages in Mwanza. These were donated by parents of newly wed couples.
The family wanted all to celebrate their wedding.

Wedded couple have donated one month food package to three orphanages
A recently newly wedded couple have donated one month food package to three orphanages in Mwanza as WALIMA for their marriage which is Prophet Muhammadās (P B U H) tradition to share happiness or happy family occasions with others
Each orphanage has received non perishable food items worth tshs 700,000/- @
The food stuff included five goats for meat supply,rice,sugar,cooking oil,maize flour and beans
The orphanage s that benefited from this gift package are Taufiq orphanage, Foundation Karibu Tanzania orphanage and NIFO Hope center all of Mwanza city
All recipients thanked the donor family and prayed for the newly wed for long healthy and prosperous life

A fourth year medical student at CUHAS
A fourth year medical student at CUHAS ,
MR Elias Vincent Lucas was assisted with a bycicle so that he can reach on time at university due to long distance from his residence and also save almost tshs 60,000/- on bus fare per month
Todate TDCF have assisted more than 50 such students who were either walking or traveling long distances to and from schools hence missing studies sometimes
These bicycles have been a great help in solving other domestic issues like fetching water ,firewood and also rushing the sick people to village health centers
One such bicycle costs only tshs 250,000/- and can change/ease the life of the students and the family tremendously

Sponsoring 30 students learning tailoring
Honorary Jenista Joackim Mhagama, the Minister of State, Prime Minister’s Office (Policy, Parliamentary Affairs, Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disability) today visited the Mirongo Vocational Training center center in Mwanza city with intention of upgrading the present standard of the prmises
The Desk and Chair Foundation is fully sponsoring 30 students learning tailoring,electrical installation,carpentry and welding courses and provide one good meal to 50 people in this VTC on daily basis
Her delegation was accompanied by her deputy minister,secretaries our DC and RC representatives and other stakeholders
The center have capacity to of sixty students ie 40 in boarding and 20 day students
TDCF is in process to renovate to good standard so that it works in full capacity and in meantime the ministry is working on to build a more modern center that will accommodate more phisically challenged person
She thanked TDCF for great support to the physically challenged people
