On the great historical occasion of UNITY WEEK
On the great historical occasion of UNITY WEEK (MILAD UN NABII) The Desk and Chair Foundation will be distributing 54 wheel chairs to different hospitals and bedridden patients in the homes and villages
Bugisi Catholic Health center in SHINYANGA ,Bugando Catholic Referral hospital and Seketoure regional referral hospital will be among beneficiaries of this humanitarian gift
We thank and pray for the 27 donors from UK who have donated these wheel chairs ( 2 each donor)
We have started reaching the deserving patients in the deep villages to make sure it reaches them hand to hand

The Desk and Chair Foundation today has just handed over a huge water project
The Desk and Chair Foundation today has just handed over a huge water project in the loving memory of late Sabrina Virji Alibhai of Canada šØš¦ to the management of Mwanza regional referral hospital of Seketoure
The project that has costed tshs 35,562,000/- has been getting water from a deep well and 40,000 liters of water reserve capacity since last four months has been getting water to run the hospital without any water bills
According to the secretary of the hospital the hospital is now saving almost tshs 18m/- every month
This regional hospital caters for average 1000 patients on daily basis
May ALLAH repay the donors and rest the soul of late Sabrina Virji Alibhai in eternal peace

THE HUSSEIN WATER WELL FOUNDATION OF SWEDEN
THE HUSSEIN WATER WELL FOUNDATION OF SWEDEN have generously donated a water well No 491 for IGOKELO VILLAGE IN KWIMBA DISTRICT IN MWANZA REGION.
About 320 families will benefit from this well. The villagers have said ‘Asanteni sana ‘.

The Desk and Chair foundation hands over
The Desk and Chair foundation hands over a complete furnished classroom for children with special needs that has a kitchen, a bathroom , two toilets,a store ,a water reserve tanks and wheel chairs at Nyakato A Primary School in Mwanza city
This classroom was handed over to Mwanza city officer incharge of the education for the children with special needs
The officer thanked the donors foe their vission of helping this forgotten group
Also 5500 exercise books were handed over to the students of std 1 to std 7
This classroom was donated by donors from Toronto Canada through efforts of Dua e Nudba group of Toronto 50 %
And another family from Toronto 50 %
The desks have been donated by family in the loving memories if late Gulamabbas Bandali Damji one time a prominent and a resident of Mwanza city
