This well was donated in loving memory of Zainab Gulamhussein Mohammed and Gulamali Damji, whose legacy of kindness and compassion continues to uplift others through sustainable, life-giving initiatives.

Well No. 849 is part of a broader regional effort in which ten wells were officially handed over across Mbeya Region in July 2025. These wells form part of an inclusive public health and community empowerment mission aimed at reducing water-related hardships in underserved areas.
