At The Desk and Chair Foundation, we believe that access to clean water is a fundamental human right and a key to health, dignity, education, and opportunity.
We are proud to share the impact of Water Well No. 793, located in Bukala Subvillage, Ng’hundya Village, Bungulwa Ward, Kwimba District, Mwanza Region.
Every day, this well brings clean, safe water directly to 75 families a total of 807 people transforming their daily routines and strengthening their futures. Women and children, who previously walked long distances to collect water, can now devote their time to education, income generating activities, and simply improving their quality of life.
This well stands as a symbol of community empowerment and a testament to the generosity of our supporters, whose kindness helps make these sustainable, life-changing interventions possible.
