DESKS & CHAIRS PROJECTS: TDCF donates 2nd phase 200 three seater desks for 6 primary schools and 150 sets of plastic chairs and and tables for 5 nursery schools. During this handing over ceremony, 1100 trees were also handed over to the concerned school for planting in their school compound in order to compensate the wood used for making desks and papers for the books. Other items handed over to deserving people were 4 tricycles, three wheel chairs for disabled people, nursery and primary schools books to schools that were assisted with desks.

All desks and plastic chairs and tables were donated in the LOVING MEMORY LATE MR & MRS MOHAMMED TAKI G RASHID. 600 TREES were donated in the LOVING MEMORY OF LATE DAUD MAUJI AND RUKYABAI DAUD MAUJI. 500 TREES were donated in the loving memory of LATE MR AND MRS HAJI MANJI PIRBHAI. THREE WHEEL CHAIRS WERE DONATED IN THE LOVING MEMORY OF LATE AFZAL ROSHANALI FAZAL. FOUR TRYCICLES WERE DONATED BY THE DESK AND CHAIR FOUNDATION. PRIMARY SCHOOL BOOKS WERE DONATED BY MEDEWELL OF DAR ES SALAAM and NURSERY SCHOOL BOOKS WERE DONATED BY ANONIMOUS DONORS THROUGH TD & CF.
